The hotel was CONVENIENT and clean with helpfulstaff members. It was based in beautiful building in a fantastic and stunning location, right at the Plaza. The bed was large and the room was spotless, new-fashioned. Plus the bathroom was beautiful.

The hotel was beautiful, modern, and had a lovely street view from our single room. the staff was very friendly and kind. - the room included a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control. - the ambiance was quiet. - Late check-out option was useful. - the location was excellent, close to La Costa Brava.

our recent stay in sant feliu de guixols was even better than before. hotel placa exceeded our expectations with its central location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. the market square and proximity to the beach were a huge plus. definitely coming back!

language barrier with staff

This hotel is a hidden gem in a charming square, just steps away from the beach. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the rooms were equipped with very good air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and the basic amenities truly made this hotel stand out.

All was impeccable, nothing to improve!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. The location is fantastic, right by the sea and in a pretty little square. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful, giving me great recommendations on what to visit. The rooms were spacious and the beds were large and comfortable. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. I also loved the attention to detail, like the multiple towels in the bathroom that were replenished daily.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

I had a fantastic stay near the beach and market square with plenty of cafes to enjoy. the rooms were clean, spacious, and had very comfy beds. the staff were extremely helpful and efficient in suggesting local places to visit.

Although the hotel had good quality fixtures and traditional decor, the shower/bath arrangement could be improved with better non-slip surfaces.

Free Wi-Fi access in all areas: The hotel's Wi-Fi was faster than a speeding bullet, allowing me to browse the web and upload photos quicker than Superman saving the day.

Language barrier: Some of the staff had the power of speaking only Spanish, which made communication a bit challenging for non-Spanish speakers like me.
